See table 2.6.5.5B. PHARMACOKINETICS: ORGAN DISTRIBUTION CONTINUED on page 7 of "SARS-CoV-2 mRNA Vaccine (BNT162, PF-07302048) 2.6.4 Summary of pharmacokinetic study."

The injected material affects every organ of the body but has a particular affinity for the bone marrow, liver, ovaries and spleen and collects in these organs over the time period investigated.

All of these organs are of the utmost importance in maintaining health.

The injected material which collects in the ovaries not only affects the release of eggs and periods, as noted by the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, but the ovaries are also instrumental in the production of progesterone,  estradiol and inhibin A during the first trimester until the placenta takes over. These hormones maintain the thickening of the lining of the womb. Therefore, any interference with the ovaries during this stage will result in spontaneous abortion, as documented in a 2021 study by Shimabukuro.
